Haunted Apparitions: Terms and Conditions Please read carefully. In purchasing and becoming a member of this website, and consequently the club, you are signifying your agreement to the terms and conditions stated below.
Terms and Conditions
1) You must be aged 18 or over to attend a Haunted Apparitions (Hereafter refereed to as H.A.) We may ask for proof of age which you must supply.
2) Anyone found to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs during a H.A. event will be asked to leave immediately. Some locations have a bar where drinks can be purchased. Though we do not advocate more than one drink before an investigation, please dink in moderation and do not exceed the legal limit for driving. H.A. will not be held responsible for accidents as a result of alcohol or drugs.
3) Smoking indoors at any investigation is forbidden. An area will be identified for smokers OUTSIDE on the event night.
4) Personal possessions and articles brought to the event remain your responsibility and H.A. will not accept liability for damage or loss of these items. We advise you not to bring valuables, and should you do so you must not leave them unattended. By taking part you agree to indemnify H.A. and the event location against any loss, damage or theft to your personal possessions whilst taking part in any event.
5) We recommend that you purchase your own insurance before attending any investigation, in the unlikely event of an accident. Attendance to any H.A. investigation is sole at your own risk .
6) By joining H.A. on an investigation you agree to act in a sensible and civilised manner at all times and to abide by the directions given by the H.A. team members and / or location managers at each event. Please take care whilst at a location, as you will be personally responsible for any damage caused by yourself as a result from not abiding by given instructions.
7) Please ensure you are wearing suitable clothing and footwear that will cover you for any reasonable eventuality.
8) You will have access to H.A. investigation equipment. Please ensure you use this with great care as misuse or abuse will render you liable for any loss or damage. If you ar in any doubt, talk to one of our technicians who will help you operate the apparatus.
9) H.A. do not create scares or paranormal activity. If something unusual happens it could be a real paranormal occurrence and this can be frightening. To this, anyone of a nervous disposition, weak heart or who may be pregnant are warned to take this into consideration before attending. H.A. will not be held responsible for any distress, harm or injury caused as a result of any unexplained activity or fright. YOU ATTEND AT YOUR OWN RISK.
10) If you have a disability or limited ability please contact H.A. before you buy your ticket. Not all of our locations are suitable for disabled or limited access. We will do our best to accommodate you.
11) Ticket price does not include accommodation or transport (unless stated in the investigation details) This must be arranged with you should you wish for somewhere to stay after the event finish time.
12) H.A. reserve the right to alter event prices without prior notification. If you buy a ticket for an event which is then offered at a lower price NO REFUND OF THE PRICE DIFFERENCE will be given.

Cancellation by Haunted Apparitions
In the unlikely event that H.A. cancels an event due to adverse weather conditions we will endeavor to inform you as soon as possible. If an event is canceled on our part you will firstly be given the opportunity of moving to an alternative event. If this is not possible we will refund the full ticket price.
Cancellation by You
If for any reason you are unable to attend an event for such reason as adverse weather conditions (and the H.A. event is still going ahead) you must contact us immediately on 01752 60 33 90. In these circumstances H.A. will offer an alternative event. If you are unable to attend any of the alternative events H.A. will refund 50% of the ticket cost. This is to cover location deposit charges and fees.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by United Kingdom Laws
Refunds
Haunted Apparitions follow the following policy when a tickets has been purchased.
Deposits: Please be clear that when you pay a reservation fee to reserve a ticket / space for an investigation that this is NON-REFUNDABLE in the possible event of your cancellation. Should Haunted Apparitions cancel the event you will be offered the option of a refund of the deposit or transferring that balance off the price of another ticket.
Refunds: When you pay in full for your ticket and later cancel your place we can only supply a refund in the event that we are able to re-sell that same ticket and once the event is fully booked. We have this policy because a typical investigation incurs considerable costs and when a space is canceled the finacing of each investigation is strained. Considerable time and planning is involved when reserving a place, and cancellation can mean re-planning strategic areas of the investigation. PLEASE BE AS SURE AS POSSIBLE WHEN YOU BOOK YOUR TICKET THAT YOU ARE ABLE TO ATTEND THE INVESTIGATION.
Any refunds we do make will incur a 25% charge for administration such as postage, ticket printing, space relocation, and other human resources. So please be aware you will only receive 75% of the price you have paid
In purchasing a ticket, either by reservation fee or in full, please be aware that you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
Disclaimer
As required by E.U legislation we wish to point out that any Medium events with any spiritual medium should be thought of as experimental and investigations only. There are no guaranteed or certain results and shows are for the purposes of amusement/entertainment.

Haunted Apparitions are a group of serious enthusiasts who want to explore as much as they can about the various aspects of the paranormal. We are not connected in any way with any religion, cult or sect and intend that this will always be so.We do set out to try to obtain some proof of claims of paranormal experiences, but accept that in many cases this can be hard. We do not accept every piece of `evidence` we receive or are informed of, until we have explained away any possible physical origin.
Haunted Apparitions accept their moral responsibilities in understanding that the sheer nature of exploring paranormal topics is one that can be emotive and controversial in certain areas. We are diligent in remembering that people’s emotions can be hurt in the process, and we never knowingly set out to misinform, victimise, take advantage of, or harm members, readers, or public who attend any of our activities. It is for this purpose that we always ensure that we are following strict E.U.regulations and that anyone attending one of our events comes of their own free will and is fully informed of the possibilities that may occur.
The founders of Haunted Apparitions, have many years of experience in dealing with these matters, and have seen the consequences of not taking responsibility seriously, in its many forms, in many parts of the world. We do not treat the paranormal in fun or as a joke, and do not wish to attract members who wish to do just this. We are very open to reasonable debate, as we hope this is the founding of future proof.
